Looking forward to Easter

Looking forwards to the spring and summer months we have weaned the young cattle and they are back in the barns. As soon as the weather turns to a warmer dryer climate we will be turning them out in their summer grazing where they will stay to thrive and grow.  Our commitment to ensuring the health of our stock through good quality feed and living drives us through the year to ensure that we deliver the quality produce you find in the shop today.

 

We are just in the stages of finalising our bespoke delivery service of our fresh produce, this would simply mean a telephone call of a designated phone line from Wednesday to Friday where you would speak to one of our master butchers who will be able to give you a truly individual service catering for your requirements also advising you on our produce and recipe ideas.  We would dispatch your ordered items for delivery on a Saturday between 9am and 2pm, this would involve a charge for P&P for all orders under £75 (if £75 or above delivery would be included).  We hope that this service will be utilised to increase our customer base and allow for more of our produce to be used throughout Essex and the surrounding counties.

 

Looking forward to Easter do not forget to order your meats for a truly organic dinner on the 16th April – we will have a selection of turkeys, geese, capon chickens, Salt Marsh spring lamb and of course our award winning South Weald beef, along with the normal supply of fish.

14th April – Good Friday – Closed

15th April – Open as normal – 8.00am – 3.30pm

16th April – Easter Sunday – Closed
